The fan came out of the box, was installed only to find that the blade assembly rubbed against the exhaust cylinder’s framing so bad it kept the fan blade from turning. After un-installing, taking the fan completely apart, and re-seating the motor/blade assembly (turning it 180 degrees), did it work correctly.
It now runs 24×7 and is very quite – exactly what we needed. Much like anything else – you get what you pay for. Though the fan is functional and quite, it’s cost effectiveness must come out of the manufacturer’s quality control budget.
